On 22nd December , 2022, the list of Weihai Innovative Enterprises, Weihai Workers' Pioneers, Weihai Innovation Studios of Labour Models and Craftsmen Talents, Weihai Masters of Apprenticeship, and Weihai Employee Innovation Stars was announced, and Weihai Ziguang was awarded the title of "Weihai Innovative Enterprises with Whole Employees". This award is a concentrated manifestation of Weihai Ziguang's continuous work to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy and establish the concept of scientific and technological innovation for all employees.

Up to now, the company has established 15 staff innovation studio, there are more than 100 pairs of master and apprentice.
