Weihai Ziguang has completed the relocation and transfer of the park and production lines. While integrating the resources of the old plant, it has completed the upgrading iteration of automation, digitization and intelligence with the digital intelligence transformation as the engine, shaping the core competitive advantage of the industry.

Weihai Ziguang intelligent industrial park has three production workshops, solid preparation production workshop, intelligent soft capsule production workshop and intelligent beverage production workshop, and 40 intelligent production lines are planned. In August this year, the first phase of the intelligent industrial park was completed, and 14 production lines have been put into operation. At the same time, more than 500 sets of world-class production equipment, such as Bosch capsule filling machine in Germany, technopar tablet pressing machine in Canada and Buhler rapid mixer in Switzerland, were purchased with an investment of 80million yuan. The original backward manual operation equipment was eliminated, marking that Weihai Ziguang has fully entered the era of intelligent production.

Mixing: for the ingredients of direct pressure tablets and hard capsules, the raw and auxiliary materials shall go through the processes of wind drenching, tunnel sterilization, feeding, screening, etc. before entering the silo. The measurement of raw and auxiliary materials is controlled by automatic weighing system and automatic pneumatic valve to ensure accurate weighing of raw and auxiliary materials; Pre mixing, pneumatic mixing and metal detector monitoring ensure that the raw and auxiliary materials are free of foreign matters.

Capsule filling and tablet pressing: use advanced and high-speed equipment to press the mixed raw materials into tablets and fill capsules. Fully enclosed structure, automatic waste removal and automatic sampling inspection to ensure space purification.

Powder production and packaging: the fully automatic ten row machine powder strip packaging production line has faster production speed and higher production capacity.

Full automatic packaging: the cartoning machine is equipped with automatic folding, automatic cartoning, automatic gluing, automatic weighing, and automatic elimination of unqualified boxed products. The boxed qualified products pass through the X-ray foreign object detection device to ensure that the products are free of foreign objects again. The automatic laser coding can automatically read and input into the electronic information system. The automatic packing machine is equipped with automatic box folding, automatic box packing, automatic box sealing, automatic weighing, and automatic rejection device for unqualified products to ensure that the ex factory pass rate of products reaches 100%.

Sol: put the gelatin in the shape of solid particles into the glue tank by vacuum suction, add purified water, heat and melt it into a glue solution with appropriate viscosity, and then use it for pellet production.

Shot Peening: transport the produced contents and rubber to the shot peening production line for final shot peening.

Rotary cage drying: all the pills are soft just after being pressed out. It is necessary to dry the soft capsules in the drying room to set the capsules.

Cleaning pills: use 95% ethanol to clean the oil on the surface, so as to be clean, bright, oil-free and clean.

Pick the pellets: pick and remove the capsules with uneven shape. The essence is detected by artificial lamp and the dross is removed to extract qualified products.

Packaging: a fully automatic packaging production line, which can automatically load, weight and cover the produced capsules.
