Job responsibilities:

1. Develop annual training plans and implement them based on the company's development strategy and business plans for each stage;

2. According to the annual training plan, develop various channels such as online and offline promotion plans for training courses, and supervise the implementation and feedback;

3. Responsible for building the company's multimedia teaching platform and building a comprehensive training system;

4. According to the company's development, control training resources, including funding, lecturers, courses, external organizations, etc., to ensure efficient utilization of training resources;

5. Develop annual conference plans and organize the preparation, implementation, and summary review of large-scale conference activities led by the company;

6. Responsible for the development, approval, review, and training implementation of the company's product philosophy, portfolio products, and key product courses;

7. According to the training plan requirements, plan a special training plan, including training objectives, targets, time, courses, and assessments, and organize its implementation to ensure timely implementation of the training;

8. Responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of annual teacher training plans, supervising the implementation of instructor skill training, and making assessments and evaluations based on market feedback, and supervising the implementation of training;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of training and management related work experience;

2. Having excellent course development and teaching abilities, excellent infectiousness, excellent public speaking skills, fluent Mandarin, and excellent professional temperament;

3. Proficient in operating office software, familiar with internal and external training organization work processes, and have some experience in various training planning;

4. Be familiar with Internet online operation methods, the operation of training programs, and independently develop the organization and implementation of training programs.

5. Having a professional spirit and team management ability, able to lead the team in daily marketing and training organization work.
